7 Day Belly Blast Diet WebsiteYou can ask a thousand nutrition and diet specialists what foods are best and come away with a thousand different answers. The most recent fad diets to occupy the public’s attention have revolved around carbohydrate intake, stressing that minimizing carbs results in less body fat. Yet the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet seeks to overturn such thinking (as well as that of other diets) by stressing that it is not what you eat or how much you eat: losing weight is about what takes place in your brain, not in your stomach. This review looks deeper into the promise.

7 Day Belly Blast Diet Review
There are only three things, claims the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet, that prevents you from having a flat tummy. The first is the hormones produced by the endocrine system that leave your metabolism under too much stress to have a regular cycle. Stress caused by work and private life leads the body to produce chemicals that retain fat rather than burn it off, since the presence of stress indicates the biological need to save up calories. The second is a mindset that dropping the calorie count will lead to less weight. This claims the Belly Blast, is one of the biggest problems, since the body responds to increases and decreases in calorie intake, and lowering the value will result in more nutrition saved as fat for hardships. Finally, the food industry laces processed food with additives that create an addiction to eating.

Addressing each of these points in turn can be done on the Belly Blast diet in the span of less than a month. First, the program dictates developing a positive mindset and attitude so that stress is minimized and stress hormone production is kept low. Additionally, the program increases the calorie content of meals while replacing junk food with “belly fat burning” meal items. Since the program lists taste bud-friendly options like pizza and cheeseburgers, it offers dieters the chance to trim their waistline without sacrificing their favorite dishes.
The 7 Day Belly Blast Diet has several advantages compared to other diets, especially in that it stresses a positive mindset. The link between attitude and body performance has been proven again and again by psychologists, suggesting that a negative attitude towards dieting will not get you very far. Where it fails, however, is in stressing that diet can only be half the solution to body fat. Unless an exercise program is also incorporated into your plans along with a diet, the body cannot do much to burn away the fat accumulating around your stomach and waist. Given that you only need 800 calories per day without any other exercise (the average American eats three times that much), it is crucial to get exercise and diet at the same time.

Ultimately, the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet can be a good starting point for novice dieters. It is not, however, a solution for nutrition that will provide long-term health. It only ranks as a 3.5 or 5 out of 10 in its efficiency given that it addresses only one subject of healthy bodies.

I’m also not pleased with this program. I really wish that i had spend my money elsewhere. It’s like they are writing to idiots, that really doesn’t understand ANYTHING. If just know a little bit about losing weight, or what it means to eat healthy, you would totally disagree and be very skeptical with this program!
