    The information in The Natural Thyroid Diet book helped me understand my thyroid problem and what to do about it. But not so much as the author described. The cruel truth is it is very difficult to lose weight by diet alone. You must maintain your hormone level. Otherwise you can’t succeed in your weight lose mission. But I would recommend this as a reference book to know some basic things on thyroid.
